At the Barns at Delbury Hall we have got complete flexiblity and are a no corkage wedding venue. We do have a fantastic catering partner we recommend you use. We do also allow outside caterers.
EXCEPTIONAL FOOD
We don’t want to limit your imagination at The Barns at Delbury Hall and encourage you to design your own bespoke menu for your wedding breakfast.
Our fantastic catering partner can offer menus to suit all budgets, from simple hearty food to fine dining options that are sure to wow your guests.
Prices start from £52.95 (including VAT) for a 3-course meal. Alternatively, we can offer just an afternoon tea or evening buffet with a minimum spend of just £1,800.

EVENING FOOD
Why not offer your guests pulled pork baps or a BBQ to help create the ultimate evening dining experience whilst the party is in full swing?
Our wonderful recommended caterer can serve up delicious dishes late into the evening.
Alternatively, we do allow you to have external caterers who can provide the evening food.
We do work closely with Togather who have over 2000 tried and tested evening catering suppliers to choose from.
RECEPTION AND WEDDING BREAKFAST DRINKS
We know that weddings are expensive to host, so we want to provide you with the best value that we possibly can.
We have therefore taken the decision not to charge corkage fees, meaning that you can provide all of your own drinks for the wedding reception and the wedding breakfast.
We do charge a ‘service charge’ of £5 (including VAT) per adult attending the wedding breakfast, for serving the reception and wedding breakfast drinks. This cost covers all service covered by our team, chilling facilities, glass hire, ice and recycling for the venue.
If you would prefer for us to provide the drinks, your guests can purchase their reception and wedding breakfast drinks from the Delbury Hall bar. The bar opens one hour prior to the wedding ceremony and closes at 11.45pm.
THE DELBURY BAR
The Delbury Hall bar will open approximately 1 hour before your ceremony starts and will then be open for the rest of the day. We have a fabulous selection of drinks and cocktails available and have worked hard to keep to ‘pub prices’, so no sting! See below the bar and cocktail price list.
TASTING EVENINGS
One of the best things about having your wedding at The Barns at Delbury Hall is the quality of the food we can provide, all at excellent prices.
We understand how personal food is, especially on your wedding day, so we want you to have the freedom to create a menu which reflects you as a couple, the theme of your day and the season you’re getting married in.
Our Tasting Evenings at The Barns at Delbury Hall provide the perfect opportunity to come and try some inspiring wedding menu dishes.
The price of the tasting evening is £60 per couple (£30 per person) and £34.95 for any additional guests.
